Education & Certifications
I earned my NASM certifications in both Personal Training and Nutrition, and I’ve spent the past four years coaching clients while continuing to expand my knowledge through hands-on experience and ongoing education.

I coach from a place of understanding because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your body, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, and unsure where to start. My approach is rooted in education, support, and customization — helping you learn what works for your body so you can build confidence, strength, and independence long after coaching ends.
About Me
I found my passion for fitness during a challenging time in my life. After graduating withmy Bachelor's in Spring of 2020, COVID put a halt to my post-graduation plans and, like many others, I experienced weight gain that affected me both physically and mentally. I knew I needed a change but didn’t yet have the knowledge or guidance to make it stick.
My Beginning
In the summer of 2021, I started going to the gym with little understanding of what I was doing. I wanted results, but without structure or support, progress felt slow and frustrating.
My Turning Point
In Fall of 2021, I found an all-women’s bootcamp gym that completely changed my relationship with fitness. It provided the education, community, and accountability I had been missing — and it ultimately led me to become a trainer myself.
